Promotion!

Post by [PX] Nebuchadnezzar »

I just got a promotion to Level 3 TSA today! Training is tomorrow. I start Friday. My new hours will be posted when I know what they are.
It comes with

GOOD:
- a raise from $12 to $14 an hour
- less call volume
- more customer respect (not much more mind you)

BAD:
- all "hard" calls (haha like troubleshooting DSL is hard)
- no mis-directed calls
- a higher talk time (although I can slide 4 minutes and be fine)
- I lose my kick ass 8-6 shift, but there is a slim chance I might get it back

Not too shabby for only being in production for a month. I figure by the end of the year I'll be a supervisor LOL

Well there is no such thing as Level 3 TSA, it would actually be RGA (Resolution Group Agent) Or as some would call Help desk.

Same call volumes, more expected out of you and less chance or a insentive. But you do get paid more.

Graveyard shift. I dunno, I kind of like 9-5 mon-fri. At least you have weekends off!
Fear can hold you prisoner. Hope can set you free.

I also enjoy M-F 9-5, but since I'm on the bottom of the seniority barrel, I get what everyone esle doesn't want. and M-F 4:45-1:30 is my confirmed shift starting on monday.
