It comes with
GOOD:
- a raise from $12 to $14 an hour
- less call volume
- more customer respect (not much more mind you)
BAD:
- all "hard" calls (haha like troubleshooting DSL is hard)
- no mis-directed calls
- a higher talk time (although I can slide 4 minutes and be fine)
- I lose my kick ass 8-6 shift, but there is a slim chance I might get it back
Not too shabby for only being in production for a month. I figure by the end of the year I'll be a supervisor LOL
