The first on is clearly Luke from ESB, how could they not include starwars in somthing geek related.
Also, I'm not really sure how "geeky" frankenstien is....

Its clearly luke. He is wearing Lukes clothing and bears a resmblence to Mark Hammil. He looks nothing like Ash, as Bob kindly pointed out, Ash has BLACK hair, not sandy brown, the hair colour of Luke Skywalker.

I have taken a trip to my movie archive and came to a conclusion: it's not Ash, it's Luke. my appologies are extended towards the mixup.
