IT Techs worst nightmare!!!

Post by [Fallen]Thumperup »

This is a true story

This woman went out to a local computer store to buy a computer that her family wanted her to get so she can e-mail them. The sales person told her that they would deliver the computer, set it up and give her some pointers on using it, if she had any problems later all she had to do was call their "Technical Support" they would talk her through it over the phone or come back to her house to find the problem. The sales person asked her if she wanted to purchase 2 years in house warranty, the woman said yes.

A few months went by, she was getting good sending and receiving mail and checking the other web sites with only one call to tech support until one day.

She called tech support.

SUPPORT: "hello, technical support how can I help you"

LADY: last night my computer started making a lot of hissing noise at me so I shut it down, this morning when I turned it on the computer started hissing and cracking, then started smoking and a bad smell, then nothing.

SUPPORT: I will have a technician come over first thing this morning, just leave the computer just like it is so they can find the problem and fix it or change it out with another computer. Give me your address and phone number and the technician will be there just as soon as they can.

When the technician got there, the lady showed the technician where the computer was, said what happen to it, this is what the technician found wrong.

Take a look at the pictures... you won't believe your eyes!!!

That is wild. Holy Cow!
When Steven Seagal kills a ninja, he only takes its hide. When Chuck Norris kills a ninja, he uses every part.

Chuck Norris and Mr. T walked into a bar. The bar was instantly destroyed, as that level of awesome cannot be contained in one building.

for one: How did the snake get in to the powersupply?

2: In the process of getting out the fan would have got its nose befor like 3in down is body.

3: If the snake was getting out in the process of starting the computer that fan has no power at strart up so how did it cut the snake like that?

Hay if its real then that is the most powerfull fan I have ever saw in a computer power supply.

I don't think it was the fan that killed it, but perhaps a shock?
As to how it got in, I have no idea... How did it get in the house, for one?

Either way that would be freaky.

yes it could have got a shock

but look at the snake in the last pic, its got like a huge cut where the fan hit it.

Looks a little made up to me.

That could have been a place where it fried the snake and the placement of the snake is false content.

but yes this could happen

Snake gets in during down time starts up snake not hitting any capacitors starts hissing getting irritated and moves fries the snake and power supply thus the smoke and smell from computer.
