Mr. Kotsiopoulos (Kaye is his business name) has had a long history with paintball. He left the sport largely due to Smart Parts (ie. some of the biggest d!cks in paintball) and now focuses on astronomy, palaeontology, and instrumentation.

Tom Kaye, the interior designer:

His home in Chicago is one of the coolest homes I've ever been in, with a lot of custom features he designed.

I don't know where that pic was taken, but that is certainly not the living room of the Chicago house.

Some of its features include:
* Marble tiled entry floor - as you step in the door the largest tile has a half of a nautulus shell fossil embedded in its polished surface - other fossils are embedded throghout the floor.
* Endless pantry - Ever seen those conveyor racks that Home Depot uses to for spools of wire? He has built one of those into his kitchen pantry, and it extends down into the basement, effectively quadrupling the number of shelves available in the pantry.
* Gigantor TV - The huge (60" or so) TV in the living room actually forms a part of the wall dividing the livingroom from the master bedroom, so it can be spun in either direction (not unlike the bookcase secret door in Young Frankenstein - 'Put Ze Candle Beck!') so the TV can be positioned for watching in the living room or bedroom.
* Turbo tub - The bathtub in the master bath is a roomy tub for two, but the problem with a tub that size is you would wait forever to fill it up. So in the basement he has a heated storage tank the same size and a pair of agricultural water pumps. Press a button, and in 30 seconds the tub is full of hot water, ready to go.
* Platform shower - Due to the size of the tub, the master bath shower enclosure is actually on a platform over the foot end of the tub.
* Basement optics lab - He has a home-built spectrascope in his basement so that when he rolls his telescope out into the driveway, it will auto-track a star and feed the star's light by optic fiber down to the spectrascope. He's the first amateur astronomer to have ever used the color shift in a star's light to prove the existance of a planet outside of our solar system.
