Good Evening Everyone,
With the 1.8 Adventure mode around the corner I wanted to let everyone know some of the changes that will be made to the server when the Bukkit mod is running 1.8.
1) Eden
The Addition of a new world to the server.
This world will be a fresh 1.8 world with all the new features in it.
In addition to this, when you enter this world your inventory from the current worlds will not carry through.
You inventory will not be lost, you just now have two. One for the old world and one for the new world.
In addition to this, the new world will have no mods operating on it, with the following except.ions:
Stargates will be able to be built.
/rtp command will still work.
This will allow users that want to have the true minecraft experience.
2) I have fixed the Skywall realm, or rather I destroyed the old one and put a new working one in place.
The gate is at the Trivin platform for those interested.
3) Upgraded Dynamic Map.
The new dynamic map supports a hii-def pack as well as the ability for me to render the whole map at once.
Look for this new feature to be rolled out after the patch.

The new map rules.

This is great! I don't like the idea of /rtp and gates in the "pure" world though. I want a truly pure experience. It would be nice to have portals from the outside to your pure base, but not from place to place in the pure world. I will opt out and go for traditional rail transport, but I guess it can stay in for the cheaters
.Can we also have a Creative mode world with flying and single hit block removal? Let's really WOW each other with some epic builds!
