The only "good" thing about this is that they finally allow satire, they made provisions for schools, libraries, etc., there are maximum fines per infringement (which will likely lead to out of court settlement), and that it's legally quite weak (ie. you could challenge it via constitution).

I have a problem with it because we're basically just saying "Yes, Mr. USA" and that the warrant-less internet policing won't be far behind. Civil damages allowed for ISP's also sucks.

Anybody know a good VPN?
