Message Board Upgrade

Due to massive security issues that arose out of the phpBB2 code, a massize overhaul was needed.

The message board is now running version 2.0.11. It should be noted that the version stated on the bottom of the board is incorrect. This is a result of the rushed nature of the upgrade.

Please post any errors that are found in the next few day in the webmasters comments fourm.

I have fixed the version problem that exited on the MessageBoard. It now reads 2.0.11
