I don't buy it. I mean for pizza even for fifty people I don't buy it.

Now the stripper thing I believe. I mean she just wanted to get an longer work visa. She wasn't on the list of people to be deported. Even if she did I can't see him winning without some hard evidence.

On a side note I would like to hear the progress of this story, I found it kinda lacking information to actually be printed, even on yahoo.

I didn't vote Liberal, but i know people who did, who would be interested in this information.

I buy it just because of the other scandals other politicians have been hit with recently here in Canada. Additionally, why quit if it wasn't true?

A scandal-worthy act seems to be the "entrance fee" to a party nowadays. :lol:

What additional info would you like? The story was just released Friday and it is Reuters. I would imagine that the court case will take a while to set up and nobody in politics will bother to investigate it. She resigned so there's no reason to.

If nothing else, it gave me a laugh for the day.

i'm in the same boat as Queen. I buy the first part but not the second. Although Jew makes a good point as well. My opinion on that is she could possibly be quiting because too much is coming up with her helping people out and there could be other actual cases out there.

She already has a history of behavious inappropriate to political office. Even if she wasnt guilty she shouldnt be holding office anymore.

Either way, the shit has hit the fan and she's resigned so the matter is pretty much done with.

another chapter in this ministers long novel of scandal. I watch CPAC on occasional days off and I can say that the romianian stiripper thing has been in question period for months I think since the beginning of the first session and after watching her repeatedly dodge questions about that I can see the pizza boy thing being true as well. She never denied the stipper thing in question period either which i thought was odd she just said the ethics commisioner was investigating.

Last I checked we had enough strippers of our own no need to import new ones :lol:
