DoS attack

Upon closer examination, I have discovered that the Modem is not at fault for the down time on the board. It is in fact a Smurf based DoS attack. I am looking into what can be done about this at the moment.

I have check, however, and confirmed that my network is not an amplifire network for the Smurf system.
