Final Fantasy X + X-2

I don't really know how many of you guys use consoles, but I'm sure you've all heard of the Final Fantasy Games.

For those of you who have played FFX, and FFX-2 what do you think? I've seen alot of people complain about the sequal in a way that makes it seem almost sacreligious. I liked it once I got over the initial "What the heck, this isn't supposed to be Charlie's Angels," phase that you get at the start of the game. I think the battle system is sweet, and the story, in spite of what many people say, is still very deep (true to the ff franchise).

Basically what I'm saying is that the difference between the two games is a good thing, and certainly doesn't kill the experience. How do you think the sequal compares to the first FFX?

Can't comment first-hand, but my Tawainese fan loves 'em both. He's also a big fan of the new PC one. He actually put off buying FFX-2 because he said he had too much school work to do.

I know a few people who are really into FFXI online, but I haven't heard much about FFX-2.
