video games once again blamed for real life violence

I am, and always will be of the firm belief that if a kid goes out and shoots someone because he saw it in a video game, either a) the kid was fucked up in the head to begin with, or b)the kid's parents didn't school the kid on the difference between reality and fiction.
when will people get this? video games do not make people violent, and I'll kill anyone who disagrees with me!

These kinds of things have been popping up since Columbine, and every time they get ignored. 99% of people know that video games dont cause violence now..
