OMFG A N64 emulator for Linux WOW!!
Gee hmm Windows had one of those like 2-3 years ago
First you imply that Linux is out of date. That seems fairly insulting to me. Thats like saying "Hey Mike, your car sucks cause its tires arent as shiny and new as mine".
hay did they ever get a patch so that you could run NWN on Linux yet?
Just curious and all i mean the games like a year old now they should have one by now right
Then you follow up with this, suggesting that the Linux community is slow and once again out of date with the rest of the computing world.
Simply because you dont just come out and say "linux sucks" doesnt mean you arent bashing it. Sarcasm and demeaning remarks are just as insulting as blatant insults.
You asked for a post. You got one. Im gonna drop this here so it doesnt devolve into some sort of Windows vs Linux argument that will clutter the board.

im stating somthing that is totaly true, I still see no bashing of linux in this post.

That last quote that i said about NWN is true i was curious, i even ask KalBob about it because i wanted to know if they got it done yet.
Im not saying anywhere in the post that Linux sux and im not bashing Linux in any of those quots, im just saying that windows has that emulator a long time ago and was just wondering why the hell its such big news.

For one i will not say that you are right when your are not
and for two if in some way me saying this is somehow me saying that Linux sux then you also must admit that the Kal also must think that Linux sucks.
They finaly finished the the Linux Client

(sorry Kal for using this but the fact that for some stuped reasion me saying that they finily released the n64 emulator for Linux is in some way calling Linux a shit OS)
I have also talked to the Kal about this and he agrees that I am not saying that Linux sux but in another way i am saying that the people out there programing stuff for Linux are slow. I am still not saying that Linux sux and I still would like you to find 1 post that says that i say that Linux sux.

For one im not calling Ghost any names or trying to attack him personaly. You on the other hand are just trying to caus more shit then needed by attacking me personaly and trying to get your two cents in and trying to look like you know all.
Maby i should clear this up, To convince me that I have said on the board that Linux sux you must find a post that is a direct shot at Linux. So far all you have found are small things that taken in a certen way would make Linux look bad but when i post something there is no hidden meaning to amy of my posts.

Yes i did say that Linux has flaws but that is not saying that its a shit OS. Hay Neb how about you find one peice of software out there that has no flaws and get back to me on it.

As far as Gates and Jobs go, they are very different men. The big difference is that Gates is a far superior business man. The only reason that apple is still around today is that they stopped Jobs reign. He is more of a figurehead now.
As for the debate I would have to side with Ghost. Pimp, your post about the N64 emulator did appear to have a derrogetory tone. This is most obviousally implied by the use of OMFG and WOW. If you didn't mean it to be insulting perhaps you should have used an emoticon to express this. I will agree that Neb took a cheap shot in his reply though.....
