2900xt faster in Linux than Vista with ET:QW. I think this is the first time a large commercial game has been faster under *nix than Windows. The reviewers were also so blown away, they're launching a huge test with a bunch of ATI cards and will also through XP into the mix.

Looks like only recommending Nvidia for Linux may change by year's end.
