Some things I love about Gen[M]ay:

-everybody's immature enough that they self mod (have to go there to understand)
-Kiddie Coral (if you are a big enough of an @$$, the mods send you here. You can only post here--it's a "time out" type deal. Also, if you donate to the sys admin, you can put anyone in the KC).
