Ive been realy busy

Well finaly im back on the Internet and can post again on the board.

I will tell you what i have don since Thursday last week.

Ok, Thursday night i told my boss to shove the job up his ass ( i took out the offencive words)and quit. On Friday i moved into my motheres place. On Saterday I Put out lots of Resumes and got a intervew with a Factory for Monday. Sunday i relaxed

Monday i went to the intervew. Got home and got called by 2 more companys that wanted intervews. at about 4:00pm i was hired at the first intervew and then cancled the othere 2.
Tuesday i started my new job at Brant Tech Steel in Woodstock. I run a Break. and Make $11 a hour and get 40+ hours a week. I work 7am-3pm Mon-Fri i get weekeds off (SWEET!!) I got home from my first day of work. got a call from Canadian Tire, they want a intervew with me. LOL theres just too many people that want my services. Dammit i knew i should have been a Jigalo.

OK

On Tuesday i was in chard of the store and Night Crew, We had 500 peices to put up with only 3 people that work 7 hours shifts.
All because of the stuped fucking hour cuts, on a normal Tuesday we would have 4 people with 8 hours shifts each to do that much work.

Anyway, I told my boss before we even started that we wouldnt get done, it was imposible to get that much stock up with that few people and face the store aswell.

We didnt get it done all we got up was all the stock but we didnt get the store faced.

On Thursday when i got to work the boss took me up to his office. He handed me a peice of paper and said " as of now you are on a 3 day suspencion for not getting the job done on Tuesday night" This mad me slightly mad since i only had 21 hours that week as it was. He said that he would be taking my sift for the night and that I was to go Home. Then he said " the rais that you are over 300 hours over you will not be getting" This made me even more mad. I started yelling in the office at him, saying that that is bullshit because the rais was for 300 hours ago and that the incident on Tuesday will not affect my rais. He then said that it was out of his hands. :evil:

. OK now this is where i lost it. I said " FUCK YOU ITS OUT OF YOUR HANDS!!! Im getting that rais! If I dont get the rais im calling the labour board and i will get it that way. For some reasion the sould of the work "labour board" shut his ass up. I then said" Ya know what, Fuck you i quit! you have 7 days to get my shit together or i will be calling the labour board and you will have a problem. I then took off my aprion and through it at him and went to my locker and cleened it out and went home.

My mom was soo prowd of me

Anyway, Thursday night they had 500 peices to put up and face the store. they had 4 people inlcuding my boss because he was taking over for me.
Now rember on Tuesday i only had 3 people with 7 hour shifts and my boss now has 4 people with 8 hour shifts to do the same amount of work.

On Friday i decided to go see how much work the Grocery Manager can do with the Night Crew i was in charge of. When i walked in to the store i noticed that it wasnt faced. I then went out back and saw that there was one skid left to still do from Thursday Night.

I laughed quite loud at that. I then went home and wrote a nice letter to the Store Manager about how I did more work with 3 people with 7 hours shifts each then the Grocery Manager can do with 4 people with 6 hour shifts each. For some reasion i dont think that i deserved that 3 day susepnshion now did I.

lol im happy though, haha. Stuped fuck! now he knows its not all the easy. Dumb shit.

yeah, I feel what you're talking about in this story here. I am currently under suspension from my job for not being productive enough. I'm also considering an occupation change, but I don't think I'll quit quite as harshly as you did, though I do feel you were right in doing so.

Thatta boy!

Though, not telling me you had moved made me walking into your old place saying "Hey Matt!" while the other people were moving their stuff around a bit awkward.

It also made trying to find your Mom's place really difficult after you hadn't told me she moved from her old farmhouse.

Ya gotta keep me on top o' these things, guy. How else am I gonna harass you at random?
