It was posted at the beginning of the campaign that Jon didnt want to slow things down by waiting too long. Patience had nothing to do with it.

Note on Persuasion:
The truth of your statements is factored into the diffuculty of the persuasion, if you are lying the difficuly is raised by 1 level, lowerd by 1 if you are telling the truth.
It is also my discretion as to whether we role-play the scene or roll it.
