Which type of FPS tournament would you like at RNBD:NYE

not that anyone cares overly but am i the only one who doesnt have a 'clan' here? i feel slightly left out

I think that some how we should use the clan thing.. I dont even know how and dont really care how but the fact we have clans, I think we should do a lan using the Clans.. and if we never use them.. then all they are is nothing... we should use the clans or just get rid of all the clans and be RNBD... why have clans if we dont use themm

so I say use them...

I think the overall clan score sounds like a good idea. That way every tournament would have a Clan vs Clan element but the individual tourney's would still reward personal achievement.

So it looks like the solution is 2v2 for both RTS and FPS tournaments, with clan points being awarded as we go, so there will be prizes for each tourney and then a larger prize the clan can share.

The idea of the clans is to create a friendly rivalry to make the LAN's more fun for everyone. Their existance alone puts them to use.

As for the Clan prize thing.... You'll have to pay more to pay for the clan prize. I personally dont see the need for it.

I guess just knowing that your clan was the top clan at the lan would probably be good enough. Bragging rights are worth more than any prize could ever be.

Do nothing? We use the clans for team games all the time. CTF, TFC, and many others. Petty bickering? It creates rivalry which adds a challenge factor and bragging rights.

It seems that it's always who's the best individually, doesn't matter what clan they are in.

Well, maybe it's time we made clan ranking more important. Individual achievement will always have it's place of course, but it could be nice for people who don't do to well on their own to atleast know that their clan is doing well.
