Forget the War Protection Acts on Goods and get 'em out there. Besides, it's not like they're gonna live all that much longer. No lawsuits when they're retired--they'll be dead.

Man if i was an iraqian farmer i wouldn't give them tobacco, i'd give them some of my other stuff lol. although if the US marines were high they might do a better job.
