Gentlemen, we got 20 calls about the David Hyde-Pierce incident. And as you know, one call equals a billion people, which means 20 billion people were offended by this

That's pretty funny :D

If they win maybe they'll share the money (since it is a class action suit, after all), like everyone who has ever bought a hard drive can send in the reciept and get part of the settlement.
That would be awsome.

It's not that cool. You'd get like 2 bucks
When Steven Seagal kills a ninja, he only takes its hide. When Chuck Norris kills a ninja, he uses every part.

Chuck Norris and Mr. T walked into a bar. The bar was instantly destroyed, as that level of awesome cannot be contained in one building.

its not the money its the fact that microsoft has to pay the bill that clinches it for me... ok so 1.1 billion wouldnt really hurt them but still i like the thought of them having to pay for ONE of their mistakes

Microsoft? I thought they'd be suing places like dell, hp, maxtor, western digital etc that actually make hds and systems.

Why would microsoft pay for hard drives? Wouldn't it more likely be one of these companies?
