Use a comma before and after a word, phrase, or clause that interrupts a sentence and can be omitted without changing the meaning of the sentence. Here are some other word groups that can be used in this way:

-after all
-for example
-by the way
-as usual
-as you know
-as a matter of fact

Though "too" is not considered a word group per se, the law still applies. It is not the same as moving an introductory word to the middle.

eg.

However, mountain lions need a lot to eat.

Moving the word "however" to the middle most often results in this scenario:

eg.

Paul was right to question my grammar; however, I believe that my use is still valid.

I'm not going to pretend that my grammar and spelling are perfect. If you catch a mistake, I'll gladly welcome you pointing it out so that I can correct it. Half of the time if you see that I edited a post it's because I re-read it and found an error. That's why I'm in engineering. I've never yet spelled a number incorrectly.

I think that fact that you left out the word "be" is more important than the commas. Not that I really care, I'm just saying is all.
