I am curious as to what this is. So I have downloaded it.
I have not played it yet but will post my thoughts about it. I recommend others do so as well, but if you don't have high speed don't bother it's 1.4Gigs

Planetside is ok. Kinda like a huge game of BF1942, in the future.
The only thing that seems to suck about it is that there will never be a winner, so it almost seems futile. That and the Vanu Sovreignty are very akin to homosexuals. (nah, it's just cause they get all the cheap energy weapons, that seems to do roughly 250x more damage than.. ohh, anything else. That, plus something lovingly called the "Fagrider".
It runs decent though, specially when you get into real battles (like 50x50x50 people or more, with vehicles and aircraft and all)
If you do try it, I'm playing on Konried as Terran, and in the ELH, the largest Outfit out there.
