We've gotten word from Activision that the full Enemy Territory release is slated for release within the next 24hours. That could mean tonight or well uh.. any time within the next 24 hours. Generally though when you get a notice like this that means they are shooting for tonight but if stuff goes all poopoo they are pretty sure they can make it the next night. The file will be around 230 megs and will be totally free and standalone."

Wow, the servers are jam-packed full tonight. Looks like the number of people playing it is only gonna go up, too. If you combine the people playing the test and the release right now on Gamespy, it's just as many people who are playing SOFII. This is under 24 hours of release, too.
