Not without some modification/an extra piece.
It is usually used in conjunction with the T8.1/9.1 back block (see attachment). The remote line nipple is installed into that. You can replicate that functionality in a couple of easy ways:
1. Get a bottom grip frame ASA and nipple like the links below. Screw the nipple into the one side port and hook the opposite side port wherever it needs to go. This would give you a setup that would like you run remote with stock and allow to switch over to tank only easily.

2. Use a tank extender (see attachment). Screw the nipple into one of the side ports. Makes for a setup that you can easily bounce between guns.
3. Tap the slide stock fitting. Have Homey J drill the hole, tap it for 1/8" NPT and you should be gold.
The first two are easier, the third option has the potential to be cheaper.
