Here's a cool thing that I want to be able to purchase, I hope their announcement on the 24th is about an IPO that I can participate in!

They want to mine space objects. I recall hearing about an comet in our solar system that comes near earth every couple of year that has 13 trillion dollars worth of ultra rare minerals in it. Would need autonomous miners and a way to get it home but could cash in big time if it could be done.

Also, given the fact that it costs about $100,000 to send a kilogram of water into space, regardless of whether or not the materials they are able to mine are super rare, just having some building materials outside of the Earth's gravity well could bring the cost of interplanetary travel down substantially.

This sounds really interesting. It seems like they have the financial backing to actually make things happen as well. Definitely something to keep an eye on.
