Just read this article and was wondering what your thoughts on it are:

This isn't necessarily a conversion on the death sentence in general (though, it can be if you want it to be). I'm more interested in what your opinion on the ruling was. Comments?

Prosecutors had argued that the sequestration order applied to news media coverage and that jurors should be allowed to draw upon their personal moral code including the Bible while rendering a verdict.
this sums up my feelings. If someone knew those pasages by heart it wouldn't be any different than if they first read it.
