So it sounds like the hydro is only good for another 6 months on the larger tank. So that will cost you around $20 (and it can take a week or two since usually they have to send the tanks out).

Atleast it would be good for the rest of this year.

Very true.

Anyway, here is the breakdown if you bought a new gun and used Co2 tanks that have a 5 year hydro:

Alpha Black Tactical = $145
20oz Co2 = $30
9oz Co2 = $20
Hopper = $5
Mask = $25

Total = $225

So if you pay $125 your saving about $100. If you include the fact that you might have to get the tank hydro tested your saving $80. If the 9oz also needs a hydro your only saving $60. If you think your'll end up wanting the tactical shroud that this gun is missing , that would probably be another $40. So in that case your saving about $20.

But at the end of the day it's still a good gun and your still saving money.

Just look for physical damage or a lot of wear on the bolts that hold it together. If he had it apart a lot that is an area of concern. Just make sure it fires and you don't hear any leaks.

You could take a look at the O-rings as well and make sure they are in good condition. You can look through the feed neck while you cock the gun to see the front bolt, O-ring, and the detent. Just look for any excessive wear or damage to those parts. You could also remove the barrel and hold it up to the light to look for scratches to the finish on the inside.

Like Nik said though just gassing it up, listening for leaks and taking a couple shots is probably the best test. You don't even really need to put paintballs in it.

I would also try on the mask and make sure it fits you. If not hopefully he would sell the rest for less without the mask.

Looks good. It even has the cyclone like you wanted. If you get it, I will buy the handle rail system from you. I was going to order one anyway. $175 is where I would start. It is Kijiji after all.

I think $175 would be a great price with the cyclone. Even $200 would be good.

Yeah, the cyclone kit is $75-$80 so it's a good deal depending on how it looks when you get there.

Plus it has an e-grip so that would be another $80.
