Torrent downloading for Mac users

Hey,
Anyone know how to download Torrents for a MAC. I know about Azureus for my computer but a friend was asking me and I dont know the answer.

Azureus will work on any java machine, but if they're the typical Mac user the one Neb linked or this Tomato one will probably be easier.
