worst movie i have seen in a long time... unless you wanna see a poorly acted chick flick with only about 3 minutes (out of almost 3 hrs) worth of fight scenes stay away
Gentlemen, we got 20 calls about the David Hyde-Pierce incident. And as you know, one call equals a billion people, which means 20 billion people were offended by this

I enjoyed it a lot more than X-Men 3, it had it's sappy moments but atleast there was a plot...and it made some kind of sense.
Although it was a little choppy in the middle. But you have to admit it had some really funny moments.
Probably the worst of the three, but still enjoyable.

ya i laughed when it took the butler the entire freakin movie to tell harry what he had to say...
i was just like ... ummm... that would have been useful info like 5 years ago (or however long ago the goblin died)

Yah, that was probably the lamest moment in the movie.
Sort of like "oh, I forgot to mention it before but you know the years of personal torment the death of your father caused you? Well it was all for nothing...."
But I felt that even though it hit some rough spots in the climax it was still good overall.

overall to say it was passable is being overly kind to the movie
i mean how the hell can a guy made of sand that is so pained by water cry?
and he kills so many people says sorry and apparently thats good enough
spiderman knows harry is dying but instead stops to watch the sandman fly away...
and on the subject of harry what the hell is with the selective amnesia anyways? he bonks his head but apparently only the part about his father is missing... strange... (soap opera-ish)
or how about peter dancing on the tables? i mean commical i suppose but a bit much..
it was like dirty dancing meets saturdaynight fever in some kind of mutated mr beanish horror (and not even the good horror... you know the insanely "this is so typcial of the horror genre" type)
or better yet it was reminescent of Night at the Roxbury ... and if it was supposed to be that type of commedy it would have been awsome
and i especially loved the fact that they got spidey in front of a huge american flag whenever they could.. USA USA!
and the never ending string of random scene cuts in order to facilitate to many sub plots into too short of time...
like venom... one second he just shows up on the scene and has no real reason or rhyme given to him other then killing spiderman... i mean what the hell happened to being remotely close to the comics?
and on the note of venom... whast the deal with the metor falling like 10 feet from peter and him not having his Spidey sense go off... you would think a falling chunk of rock into your immediate vancienty burning at who knows what temperature might have triggered even a glance from the once twitchy super hero..
and whats the deal with spidey showing his face all the timeWhy wear a mask if you don't want a secret identity???
He arrives at the parade with his mask off. A place where they are specifically LOOKING FOR HIMWhile Peter stands there, mask off, smiling at the crowd, someone is sure to snap a shot of him without a mask. And as the movie goes on you start to wonder why does he wear a mask at all if he just has it off all the time
and at the end... what the hell... do they get married... do they get back to gether .... are they just friends? serious wtf..
it must be setting up for like the "bride of spiderman" or something equally disappointing where you go to see something sappy and you get some mangled version of epic soap oprick proportions
shall i go on?
