don't run as root.

Then delete it from userspace, no problem.

Do you have that option in OS X? I know it's based off *nix (FreeBSD, I think), but did they leave that in?

itwould be in there, but the default might be a root login.

The artical tends to support that there are to accounts. it mentions that the user is prompted for a admin password.

The guy got root access--to me, the Mac was toast.
