In some cases yes
The trailer didnt really do a whole lot but show me redone clips from the first superman movie which was horrible.

After reading that, this new movie looks far better.
Major points from it:
-Kevin Smith and Nicholas Cage kick @$$
-Peters should have his head put on a platter
-I now know why Superman IV sucked
-Jimmy's gay?!
-Superman's suit is stored in a can and is alive?
-Smallville was almost canceled for Superman V?
-everyone working at the WB is a complete f00ktard........seriously
-Krypton doesn't get destroyed
-Tim Burton has been doing too much crack with Johnny Depp
-when Michael Bay won't do your Superman project because he thinks it doesn't hold true to "artistic integrity" your movie, quite frankly, is a piece of sh!t.
-we almost had a Batman vs. Superman movie?! WTF?!? I want it.........now!
-what zee h3ll is up with WB trying to cast Kutcher in EVERY super hero movie they do?
It is such a long read, but if 1/2 the stuff in that post is true.............the people who brought Spiderman and Batman Begins to the screen deserve an award this earth in no way can give them.
