So I was cruising the surplas store here and I found some 4X20 LCD's (black text on clear greenish background). I'm thinking that they're pretty cool. And the best part is that they're only $30. Now I did remember what happened when Homey B and I bought laptop screens (it failed miserably) so I go home and search for any info on the name I pulled off the LCD.

Granted, you don't get the interface buttons and you'll have to mod two 5.25" bay to take it (nothing a dremel and hot glue won't fix), but the savings are pretty amazing. Now all I gotta do is find a spare parallel cable and I'm good to go
