dual xpress graphics... whats up with this?

ok so i dont really understand this technology. It sounds similar to SLI but for dual view. Whats the deal? is it worht getting this feature for like $25 more?

so basically its their solution to those who want a pile of monitors since SLI doesnt support dual monitors.... is there any performance increase i wonder... say watching a divx and playing a game... or is that simply a cpu matter
