The third e-mail they send him is so stupid (and very funny), I mean if they were actually going to sue, they just destroyed all their credibility.

If they were going to sue they wouldn't have threatened him, or at least not in a way that can be traced back to them, and if they were really serious they would have stoped the whole e-mail commuincation thing and just give him an summons or an order to appear notice. Something ! :!:

No, I have no doubt that the Lawsuit emails are real.
If you want to sue for Libel you first have to have proof that you asked the party in question to remove the offending content, only then can you make your case. So yes, these emails are real, otherwise how can the party being sued know that its causing offence if it was never informed?

I wasn't questioning whether they were real or not.
I am just saying if the warriors rep was really doing to sue he would just keep sending emails. I mean it looks like he had no intention to sue but was trying to get the site to drop everything.

They had the intent of forcing Mr Lowtax to remove the content from his site, whether it be by claiming to sue or actually sueing. Im sure that They would have tried had Lowtax not made them appear like idiots about it and had simply refused.
