That's so incredibly dumb. For the amount of money that they'll spend laying down the infrastructure, they could probably double wages.........and still spend less.

How the devil will I know if my order was carried out right if I get some "mouthful of apple sauce" Cornish accent?

man i can just picture the problems with this
so you call the guy in north carolina and he accidently sends your order to like Singapore or something crazy like that...
wow....

and on a side note those call centre people dont have better communication skills they have teleprompters
