just out of curiousity i wanted to see how many each one of you guys use and as after thought how often you scan your comps

EDIT: just installed and ran spydoctor and it found 31 that the other 4 did not... hmm guess that bumps me to 5

I just use Spybot and Ad-Aware...
I suppose I should use more, but Im just too damned lazy...

Ad-aware, Spybot, and the built-in one that Mcafee has.

for those of you who only use one... try briefly installing several and run them and post the results... i thought one would clean everything i was surprised that Adaware and spybot together didnt find everything

Mcafee? Dunno. It's on, but you don't sweep, per se. It's just built into the virus checking program.

the only times I run it is when I notice I get popups once in awhile

that and I tweak my system and what is running to really I don't need to run it that often

The M$ thing I installed just downloaded with Windows Update... I havent seen anything since then of it or any reference as to how to run it.
