Can you make your own skins in Sims 2?

1) cant change the shoes.. nothing you can do about that.. kind of weird if you ask me

and 2) to make your own it could be done but the time it would take is not worth it at all.. if you would like I could edit the pic and add the same logo as pauls shirt
