Where, when and how of KWBeatdown?

I'm not sure where the event is or when everything starts. I plan on showing up in KW for Saturday, but where? and when? and who do I give money too since I'm not volunteering?

all the info you need. show up to Bingeman's around 8 or 9. The first tournament is at 11:00 am, it's CS, so if you don't like that, you can show up later. Money will be taken at the door.

For those of you helping, there is a pre LAN at Jon's in Waterloo on Friday, and I'm pretty sure he wants set-up to begin at 6am Sat, so you might as well sleep on his floor Fri night if your helping to set up.

Hopefully everyone got most of what they needed off of the website, but if there is anything you need cleared up (like directions to my house...you should be able to find your way to bingemans pretty easily on your own) pm me and I will get a response to you by tomorrow. There is a schedule of times on the site.

The following people will get into the lan for free, and will help with general tournament organization:
Neb
Ghost
Jew
Heidi
Queen Zeus

The best we can do for everyone else who helps out is half-price ($20), this includes:
Dempsey (setup)
Thumperup (tech)
Chopper (tech)

Anyone who wants to come over to my place on friday night (after 6pm) can, it's not really a pre-lan, more of a pre-KWB organization session (it would be great if the tournament organizers could all attend this) and possible setup (if you are a set-up helper you can come friday night, but I'm not sure how much of the setup we can do that night. In any case you need to be here by 8:00am on Saturday, so it's up to you). If you want to stay here friday night the best we can offer is two couches (one pullout) or the floor.

Jew - If you read this we really need a truck on friday night or saturday morning since it looks like Bob might not make it back from TO until later. If you can supply let me know, I would really appreciate it.

Neb - I am comming to london tomorrow, so I can pick you up if you want. Let me know.

Truck's questionnable. I don't really know what's going on. As of now, I plan to go to Kitchener with Mike tonight after we buy his parts. We help set up and run Saturday. I would then catch a ride home with someone Saturday night. If someone is going to the Woodstock/Norwich area Friday night, I can get a truck for Saturday morning. If not..........then I don't really know.

Depends on when we get the parts, how fast Dempsey drives, and the holiday traffic.

I hope to be out of T.O. by 7 or 8 at the latest. Hopefully this translate into us being in Kitchener by 9 or 10 at the latest.

Blankpage took a bunch with his digital camera...I've really got to update the website, but it might not happen until after I move.
