Yes, we've all heard about the game before. However, this is the first article I can remember where the Army said that having played the game actually helped cadets.

The technology will help individual warfighters determine the most important information available and decide the best course of action in varying environments.
But it can be designed to be open-looped, meaning it would funnel information from the warfighter to someone in another location.

They, basically, surround a humvee with huge screens, add some CO2 rifles, and give you a mission. And, I think, it's free because it's done by the Army as a recruitment tool.
