comp probs

Wondering if anyone has suggestions. My computer was working fine in England, but after the trip back it doesn't so much. It turns on, but that is pretty much it. Power and HDD LEDs on the case stay on, and other stuff seems to run fine (not cd/dvd drives). I've checked the connections, they seem ok.

Do the standard "start with the bare minimum components" and work your way up from there.
