Who Am I?

This is not really funny, but it is for fun, so I put it here.
I have an assortment of riddles that I found online, so I thought I'd submit them one by one and add a new one when the old is solved, or after a day or two if it remains unsolved.

Please only respond if you have an answer to the riddle.

Riddle #1:

Just two hairs upon her head
But she wears a flowered gown
And dances in the flower bed
The prettiest creature in town.
