Where do you dremel?

It makes a huge mess. Where do you guys recommend that I dremel. Consider that i dont have a garage or basement. Also does it normally go through cutting disks like they're going out of style? Holy crap they wear down fast.

outside, on the porch perhaps. And yes they do go fast, that is why I switched to a Die Grinder.

I also just use the reinforced disks (20 per tube) cuz I find it get more cutting "power" outta them rather than the 5 pack. Don't push into the metal too hard; let the disc do the cutting. Also, always wear safety goggles or you'll end up with my Dad holding a giant fridge magnet over your eye trying to get out a shattered piece just before New Year's Eve.

Ok cool. I have three pairs of safety goggles from work so im covered. I let you know how the cutting goes.
