The Hollywood Reporter says that Elisha Cuthbert (TV's 24 and The Girl Next Door) is in final discussions to star in the remake to the 1953 horror movie, House of Wax. The original version centered on a mad professor who used human bodies covered with wax in his wax museum. The new version will differ from the original, and will instead focus on a group of teens who fall prey to demented killers who have a penchant for encasing their victims in wax.
I can see it now, all of you flocking to the theaters to see that one.
