One of my sister's friends works for Selectron Global Services in London (also known as Stream). They do tech support for several ISP's in the US - mostly North Carolina, but also a few other states.
Anyway, last week he gets a call from a person needing tech support and they go through the usual account verification and what not to make sure you are an actual customer. Afterwards he asks the guy what he needs help with, and the guy says
"Before we get started, I just want to let you know - I'm a midget"
I figure he was afraid they would ask him to reach for somthing on a high shelf.
