it's called SpyCam 6.34

The free version works just as well as the paid one, only 1 or 2 things disabled.

well I got it downloaded and everything, but read the last sentence of this

Chapter 8. Stream from an acquisition card or a webcam

This is possible under GNU/Linux only

Oh well, cool app none the less, might start up an Internet TV station.
