Hmm, I never had a problem with winamp 3. it could rip cds well... maybe 2 had that feature too, but i don't know. and now i've been talked into itunes.. Does 5 have music sharing like iTunes does?

I can't tell, but like you, I was using iTunes until I found out about WinAmp 5, and I made the switch. But I didn't use the file-sharing aspect, for that, I suggest WinMX
