RNB Underground Midnight Club 2 Tournament

You read right, a midnight club 2 tournament, organized by a non-affiliated LANer.

An entrance fee would be based on the number wanting to be in, and the prize will be announced before the tournament starts (probably 3rd day). If the money raised by the entrance fee is not sufficient to pay for the prize, a substitute prize will be offered. Please see here for extra details.

will there be a restriction on the car you can drive or will you be able to drive any car you have unlocked?

using the cheat code "rimbuk" all cars and locations will be available for a fair play experience, new players, and seasoned veterans alike can play on an equal field

It would be more fair if we all had all the cars to choose from. In this case I might advocate the use of cheat codes.

so... we'll all have the best car possible (or whichever you like best) and you won't, that's fine by me. But so everyone knows, car and location unlocking is allowed.
