Hey Dempsey - I know the apartment's big. But I don't think it's that big... Besides - I'm cooking any remaining lobsters.

I, yera, would get oscars. And they would grow BIG and HUGE. Notice the emphasis on big and huge!

She's mine............all mine!

Went to go see Pimpin Matt at work after a supposed pickup of my sister at her SERVE get-together (which, on a side note, didn't pan out). So we hop in my truck, drive the long ways around to avoid the vid cameras (just in case), and go to hoist the tank into the bed. First thing I notice--it's got a water pump and a condenser. Schaweet! So Pimpin Matt and I decide to just tip it into the box. Judas Priest! The thing weighed more than Delta Burke after a day at the all you can eat buffet. So we go grab one of his co-workers. We tip the bugger in.......and a flood of water and dead lobster parts gushes out. [sarcasm]Smelled great [/sarcasm].

Plexi on the tank is at least 1/2''. Was originally thinking of making my own fish tank. Most definitely gonna use it to cool my comp now (if it works, that is).

Way to go Jason. Just a q. What is a condensor?

A condensor is a phase changer. What it does is it takes freon and converts it to a gas (which creates heat). That gas flows through the lines until it comes to the area that you want cooled. It then goes into a "pinch" in the line which causes it to become a liquid again. The changing from gas to liquid absorbs heat and cools the surroundings. This principal is used in fridges, freezers, and air conditioners.

Check your notes from Grade 10 science with Mr. Wassing for pretty diagrams of how a fridge works (if you still have the notes, that is).

or if I had had Wassing. So it's like an underwater air conditioner. That would make a good comp, not only water cooled but the water is cooled too.

That's the plan. It's big enough that I should be able to cool 4 computers off it. Homey B and I are cooking something up (as always). Though, seeing as how my motherboard is pretty much confirmed dead, I may be a while doing it :(

Good thing too, fish like it warm not cold.
