There isn't any antivenom. the damage is caused by a bacteria in the spider's venom. I saw on TLC that if you don't amputate, you can eventually lose the arm. Yep. Glad to be in Canada.

I think the perspective on that photo makes them look quite a bit larger than they actually are.
