Though, if you need to buy online cards (like the last game), I'm not interested. If you could scan in your paper decks, then it'd be cool (no electronic theft and the Magic company still makes money).

I say all new cards should come with a unique chip embeded in it and you can buy a card reader to digitaly upload each card you own so there's no piracy. But yeah, buying all your cards real life, then online too would suck ass.
